I booked Annie's for an in-depth oven and extractor clean for my elderly mum and we were very satisfied with the service. Communication with Marissa was very good and Sully did a thorough, professional job. The (rather old) oven was left like new!

Judy came to clean my flat in North London once every two weeks and was always such a pleasure to be around. Not only was she always thorough with cleaning and ensuring nothing was left, she was also friendly, caring, and a joy to be around. I’m really glad to have met Judy and the only reason I had to finish working with her was because I moved abroad! I highly recommend her and Annie’s cleaning to anyone.

Disappointing. The online reviews were so promising and impressive. Marissa seems to be trying to run a good business but is being let down by the unprofessional cleaners who accept the jobs from an app, Deliveroo style it seems, so essentially sub contractors. I was told I needed to book a Deep Clean at 700+. So had high hopes for a superb job. But, communication was a big problem, not only lost in translation but also, the cleaner claimed he wasnt given any list (he was trying to do the bare minimum and was clearly working 2 jobs simultaneously). I was assured it was all listed in the app. But cleaner started at 9am, I called Annies at 11am as I was really worried about how it was going, it took 2 further attempts to get through before I finally got a call back after 3pm, but only because the cleaner was extremely rude and arsey that I was not happy with the unfinished/missed items, co policy is he can't leave or get paid until I was happy, this was never going to happen with his attitude and lack of skills, so he called Annies who then called me. My property was basically clean already, following completed refurbishment works where it had to be cleaned before to paint etc, then it was all completely covered up and protected, until the night before the cleaners came, as were the blinds and appliances to prevent refurb debris etc. So I had a specific list of areas that definitely needed doing, especially 4 venetian blinds, the cooker and hood. The cleaners didnt use any professional cleaning products or tools (flash w/ bleach spray, fairy green wash up liquid and kitchen roll) so the cooker and hood look clean but still smells badly of grease leftover from the last occupants which you can smell as soon as you go in the front door. The blinds were still very filthy. One of the cleaners left the job for over 2 hours to fetch a Karcher carpet cleaner that was held together with brown tape. I've had to find another cleaner to finish the job properly, without me having to hold their hand. Why is it so hard to find good cleaners?

The communication was quick, fast friendly and efficient. Appointment time was quick. The reason I’m going to give a 4 star is There was no fragrance smell to the clean product used, and that would be nice to have like a fresh smell but other than that would use them again.

We have had a wonderful experience with Annie's cleaning service - they started cleaning for us back in May and it has been brilliant so far. They are always able to help us when we need extra cleaning. We used to manage our cleaning in house - however changing over to this agency has relieved us of a lit of stress. Often we were left with no cleaner last minute and desperately trying to find someone to cover was extremely stressful and costly! The cleaners are excellent and they do exactly what we require Would definitley reccomend
