Joseph did a great job altering my Rime Arodaky wedding dress from Mews Bridal. It was a sample dress with some stains that was also dry cleaned at Blanc, and I got it back in perfect condition. I appreciated Joseph’s guidance as he knew exactly what to do with the dress. He was also friendly and accommodating with appointment times, and after the dry cleaning, the actual tailoring was done very quickly in a little over a week! This was especially helpful as I brought him the dress without much time before the wedding. The only thing I wish I had done at the last fitting was made sure that the dress was exactly as I wanted. It was a two piece dress, and the skirt ended up being a little looser than I had wanted on the day. That being said, I’d still highly recommend Joseph. Thank you!

I used Blanc South Kensington for their tailoring services and it did not disappoint. Joseph is an incredible tailor! He worked on my wedding dress that was quite intricate. He’s done a fabulous job: clean, tidy and delicate. I cannot recommend Joseph highly enough! On top of this, he is very pleasant! Thank you Joseph!

Not sure where to start my experience with BLANC! I have send a denim jacket with a stain and they said we will check with the team if they can remove it and we will give you a call, they never called so I had to call them and they assured the stain will be removed! After 4 weeks finally the jacket was ready for collection. The payment has been taken but the job wasn’t done!!! Grace on costumer service responded to my email whenever she wanted that the stain is not guaranteed will be removed! I assure that the jacket wasn’t touched at all, because still had the dirt outside pockets as well! The picture shows that the stain wasn’t even touched! I’ve asked for a refund and no response yet!
