F F1 StarThis place not only dry cleaned a set of curtains that were not within their speciality, but also burned the backing and charged me £50 to damage my curtains.
They are not rectifying the damage and also not giving me a refund.
I will be taking the matter to Trading Standard and should need be, to court.
They cannot treat customers like this. They knew they had damaged my curtains, yet had the audacity not to inform me before taking my payment.
The owner said that the curtains were old anyhow. What relevance does that have?Thursday 14th September 2023
Gideon Sassoon1 Starwent in for an alteration. offered £5 additional charged to have it dry cleaned as well. went back the next day to find the alteration was not done as requested and the dry cleaning wasn't done either still paid for both.
