AVOID! Brought in a designer suit for alterations and after going back and forth for over 2 weeks with the owner and his son, they then decided to deny receipt of one the items altogether- so they STOLE my order! Can only FILE A POLICE REPORT but not optimistic about the outcome :/

Send the clothes to clean, but after taking them back, it's the same as not washing. Oil stains can't be cleaned. What's the difference from putting them in a washing machine? Tell me which day I will come to pick up the clothes, but one of them has not been washed yet, which wastes me a day. Only cash is accepted. I suspect that I am evasion.

I changed my mind about shoe alterations a few hours after I dropped them off (I'd been told that what these guys suggested doing to the shoes would not work). So I called to apologise and cancel but he told me that he would have to call someone to ask if this is acceptable. I felt like something wasn't quite right with that so I walked down to pick them up, because surely they would still be there for me to collect. When I got there he sighed in my face (without a mask) and started to call someone to ask if I could take them. Then another staff member came in and they were under the counter all along which he gave to me. I think the other man was trying to lie and make me think that the work had already been done to charge me anyway.
