It’s just never open. You want to drop anything off you come back five or six times and it’s closed with a little sign in the window. You need to collect a suit for work? Closed. Utterly useless. Finally got my stuff back. Using another dry cleaners from now on. West Hampstead is not short of other options and they are open when they say they are.

Don’t go in this place, he ruined my jacket and sad is not my problem, if you bring your dress there and something happens on it , he never take responsibility 👎👎 # I am telling you

If I could give this place a 1 star rating I would. Possibly the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever met in my whole life. Brought him my sisters wedding dress and completely ruined it. When I went back to complain, he shooed me out of the building. I wish I could've took a photo but my phone was not with me at the time. Put up with my sister crying for 3 hours. Now we have two weeks to find a new dress. Thanks for nothing. I urge nobody to ever go here and waste your money. Sad thing is it's not the first bad thing I've heard about this place. Extremely disappointed.

Reliable, friendly, used them for a while. Reasonably priced and you can rely on their quality. For large orders they'll even pick it up and drop it off for you at no extra charge - you don't get that in many other places
