Had my jacket cleaned today and was so happy with the service I received, I was able to get it clean within 2hours and he managed to get our super hard red stains out! I will definitely be back and definitely would recommend this dry cleaner! 🙌🏼👏🏼🥇

I cannot say enough about the quality of the cobbler work. I had a pair of Dr. Martens sandals that I thought were beyond repair. Indeed a cobbler specializing in Dr. Martens said that they were a write-off. The cobbler at Esquire made them better than new! I have my beloved sandals back to last another decade plus!

I had such an awful experience with this place, PLEASE don't take items you love there. I took several items in - boots which needed resoling and a pair of shoes which I wanted dyed black. The cobbler/ owner of the place charged me twice erroneously for one of the pairs of shoes, and then when I pointed it out to him tried to avoid giving me a refund, telling me they 'hadn't got their system running'. He told me he'd refund me if I came back in a week, which I did and fortunately he did, but I expect he was hoping I'd forget. Then the real chaos began... He finished the boots first and so I collected them and started wearing. Within a week or so the "new soles" were peeling. They were effectively thin slivers of plastic glued shoddily to rotting leather (for which he charged me £40) using superglue which compromises the structure and makes future mending much harder. So when I returned to pick up the shoes which were being dyed, I mentioned it to him and asked if he could fix it. He apologised and took them back, and handed me my other shoes, now dyed black. These shoes had elastic straps, which we had discussed replacing as they were a little grubby, but I told him I wanted to keep the original ones and so not to bother. When the shoes came back the straps were covered in black dye. I told him this wasn't really acceptable, and he proceeded to *insist* that they had been like this before. I was completely shocked, and had to fight with him in order to get him to agree to replace them free of charge (which he only agreed to if I bought the elastic myself). THEN when I returned to pick up the "mended" boots the soles continued to peel. I had to return several times to have them "reglued" until I realised this was all completely futile, and I should not be subjecting my beloved shoes to any more mistreatment. I ended up taking the boots to another cobbler, on Kilburn highroad, who was shocked at the state of my boots and gave me a good price to fix the mess. I resolved to get a refund for the boots from Esquire - £40 - and pay whatever extra costs would incur for the replacement of the elastic, because I didn't want anything to do with Esquire anymore, and was scared what they might do to my shoes. When I returned I told him very reasonably that I wanted a refund for the new soles, considering how much they had deteriorated, and would take my other shoes elsewhere so he didn't have to bother replacing the elastic. This escalated into a FULL ON fight. I was completely astounded at how I was spoken to. I have never in my life gotten into a dispute like this with any shopkeeper or service worker. He continued to gaslight me, telling me the elastics had already been covered in black dye when I took them in. He addressed me as "young lady" and when I asked him please not to call me that because it was condescending, he responded "what would you prefer I call you, old hag?!" He told me I was just being fussy, and that he wouldn't give me a full refund because the plastic he had stuck on the heels of the boots wasn't peeling... I left with £30, a raging headache and a vengeance burning inside me. Please be wiser than I was, take your items elsewhere.

Very good quality and quick turnaround. Esquire tailored a jacket and dry cleaned a few suits for me last month. I will be going back for my regular cleaning and any amendments!

I accidentally sat in white paint while wearing my favourite black trousers and they came back from the dry cleaners as good as new! Such lovely people and such a good service, I will definitely be coming back.
