Recently visited this dry cleaners for my dry clean expensive coat 🧥 and few trousers. Treatment was great and positive experience and my coat has new life. I highly recommend this dry cleaners and see you again soon. Keep up.

I did not check reviews before I dropped my suit in. What a terrible mistake. I had a high-quality grey suit first time (after a couple of weeks wearing it) in the cleaning shop. The first time they returned it, it was only ironed but not cleaned. I gave suit back to them with a comment they forgot to clean it. After two weeks (what a speedy service), now they told me they couldn’t clean it because the brownish shade was already baked-in with the iron. Avoid if you are not planning to through your clothes into the bin. They offered return money “if that makes me happy”. It won’t. I lost 1000-pound suit. I will never come back.

Too expensive for two simple stapler on jeans. 10 pound and they didn’t repair the work well. Not friendly at all. Not a greeting. Poor service and poor customer service. Zero communication. Never ever again. I’m so disappointed.

Not worth even 0 stars!Just horrible experience!The worst dry cleaners place in North West London(Golders Green area/ West Hampstead/Finchley). Stay away from doing any dry cleaning there!They permanently damaged my cashmere Burberry coat during dry cleaning leaving yellow- chemical stains on the coat!When I asked what are these stains I was blamed for them.There was an old, rude man who told me that they were already there when I brought my coat. I wasn't even offered the second cleaning to try to remove these stains. I was told by other dry cleaning specialist that it happens when someone does color transfer during dry cleaning process due to negligence.Now, I can't sell this coat even on ebay!! I've lost almost £2000 and my favorite coat which I was saving for a very long time.
