I have never had better service at another dry cleaners before. Very quick, efficient, fairly priced, top quality, and all done in a very professional and friendly manner. It is a pleasure dropping my dry cleaning off here and I would recommend First Choice dry cleaners to everyone in this area and beyond.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They shrunk my beautiful £300 long woollen Hobbs coat! They clearly have no idea what they are doing. I am going to talk to them today to ask what they can do. An acknowledgment and an apology to start with would be good. Absolutely awful! Update: I called and the man refused to listen. He assumed I simply wanted money. I told him quite clearly and calmly that I had not even suggested that but all I had asked him was what was he going to do help resolve the situation. He simply shouted and said not to bother coming to see him as it wouldn't change anything. Terrible customer service! He simply had to listen and initially acknowledge the problem. But point blank refused. As I stated earlier, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ‼️‼️ Took my cushions to have them cleaned and to get rid of the smell and when I picked them up I didn’t open the bag which was all tidied up, when I smelled them they were worse than when I took them in so I took them back and the Armenian guy was so horrible and started to be aggressive and LIED that he told me He will do his best and refused to do anything about them ! Paid £40 and when I asked for a refund he got really nasty ‼️‼️
