I have been using Happy Hands services for over 3 years and I am very satisfied with the services. My cleaning lady is professional, trust worthy and respectful. Update!! 13/12/23: the temporary cleaner that as assigned has now either stolen or thrown away my shaving foam £8 and my face wash £12/13 this is absolutely pathetic so un proffesional and irresponsible as this isn't the first time!!!! THEY STOLE MY LENOR AND ARIEL £20 WORTH OF DETERGENT AND THE OWNER HAS DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT !!! they don't clean properly they are a waste of money and when you try and speak to them about what they've missed they say no speak English ,,they also out your rubbish into the recycling bin so the council refuses to take the bins absolute waste of time and money would not recommend to any one , they have accused me of being threatening because they use me washing flannel to clean the house then told me they hadn't used it ,, spoke in their native language and laughed at me which made me feel really uncomfortable and uneasy in my own house

Happy Hands have always provided a great professional service with top notch customer service. I cannot recommend them enough. I've used several cleaning companies and can vouch for the security and piece of mind that Paul and his team provide. I love my cleaner from Happy Hands and really miss having her at the moment. I can be a little OCD about certain things and I trust that she goes over and beyond to do things the way I specify.

Absolutely very nice and efficient! I got a fractured foot due to a car incident. Very grateful that Marian from Happy Hands Cleaning could help me out! Even before this she’s a super nice lady and I’ve sent so many “thank you”s to her for cleaning our communal place.

Happy Hands have been providing me with home cleaning service for nearly 10 years. I think the price is reasonable and the service is generally good. The best thing is that that both Paul the owner and Mirela the supervisor take a lot of pride in what they do. Whenever there's an issue they always act and get it resolved very pomptly. I would recommend them.
