Really bad experience,normally I used a different dry cleaner but decides to try Harlequin.I normally paid £7 for 5 shirts and for the same service Harlequin charge £18.50,obviously It was my desicion to leave them but the way that the iron is absolutily terrible.I contacted them last week vía email to explain the situation and noone even bother to contact me.Never again....

I really love the service at Harlequin. Everything is so efficient and I really admire the owner (and how he always wears a shirt and tie!) and how hard everyone works there. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Maida Vale for my dry cleaning! Also love that they use a pin rather than a staple for the tickets they attach to things as other dry cleaners have damaged my things with staples before.

Harlequin is the best Drycleaners that I know of. If you live in Maida Vale you’re sorted. If you don’t it’s well worth the trip just to get a great job done. Raj and his staff will look after you and your clothes royally. Highly recommend,

Not great. Brought in a old wool coat and he said it looked slightly worn where it was darker on the arms, but failed to mention that dry cleaning it would turn any worn parts white and take off the surface completely. It would have been good customer service to just mention that dry cleaning would ruin my coat. I literally have to give it away its so bad and it was £20!
