I have been using Heck of a Wash for a few years. They never fail to meet my requirements. Whether it's providing me with change for the launderette, advising me about specialist cleaning. alterations to my clothes and sometimes, restructuring garments. This lovely couple are always professional, respectful and caring. My most recent experience was having a dress restructured. At first I thought I needed to take it to a tailor, however after that fiasco, I called the launderette to seek some guidance. I was met with warmth, friendliness and guidance on what was possible and confirmation of the time it would take to complete and a reasonable cost. "Take the sleeves off, take it in and take it up." were my instructions. Well I wore the dress yesterday. These were the comments. "You look gorgeous!" "I really, really love the dress." " You look lovely!" From what it was to what it is, was achieved by the talented Zara. Thank you so much for fulfilling the vision. Very grateful

Great service today, gave them some items to sew, out of the ordinary and the end result was superb. Would recommend them. Have left shirts to be washed and ironed so hoping the result is just as good.

Friendly and have a number of machines available to use and affordable. Have done wonders on my quilt, pillows and towels they are like brand new!!
