It was my first time using their services. The young guy took our coat for the cleaning. I came to collect it in the few days. My mistake was not to check it while still at the shop. I did only in a few days at home. The coat was still stinking cigarettes, and all possible dust and cats hair were stuck on it! I brought it back and he said he is sorry and asked me to come back in few days. So I did! I thought I quickly will collect the coat and we can forget that misunderstanding! But believe it or not, he removed the cellophane from the coat and started cleaning it with a simple lint roller just in front of me while I was standing there almost 15 minutes like an idiot! The coat still didn't smell fresh and when I started complaining he said that its my duty to tell him what I want to be done and was incredibly rude! I could not believe that after we paid 8.50£ , all we got was a cleaning with lint roller which costs maybe 1£ and it definitely can be done at home...Definitely not recommend!!!

I wish it was better explained to me that they outsource their dry cleaning, and therefore need a 5 day turnaround time. Instead, I was told a garment would be ready by Friday, which was confirmed by the receipt saying “due Friday,” yet when we arrived for the pickup, we were told it wouldn’t be ready until the end of the day. To make matters worse, the manager was insistant his employee had made this clear at the time of dropoff, which was simply not the case. I do not appreciate when businesses lie about conversations, and therefore will not be a returning customer.

After ringing up and being quoted one price I arrive to be given an extremely over inflated price. I am certain the price was based on my ethnicity. The lady was rude and quite frankly did not want my business. Very sad that a lot of businesses in Hendon choose their customers.
