Masal Takehana1 Star*My review was somehow removed so reposting* DON'T BRING YOUR PRICEY CLOTHES HERE. You will risk them being ruined.
I brought one grey jacket here as it got some SPOTS of fades. It came back with uneven fades EVERYWHERE. Now you can see UGLY WHITE LINES ALL OVER THE JACKET coming from their work (See pictures attached. They were not present before their work). They say it's natural that these ugly white lines appear after cleaning but then WHY DIDN'T YOU EXPLAIN THAT WHEN I BROUGHT MY JACKET? Do you think a reasonable person would ask for the cleaning service if they expect this result? Isn't this supposed to be PROFESSIONAL cleaning service? What is the point in bringing clothes to your place?
They gave me an apology but refused for compensation. So you should be fully aware of the risks that you pay them money to get them ruin your clothes.
There are other dry cleaners nearby so why do you risk your clothes being ruined?Sunday 9th October 2022
