If you are a minority, expect to receive service with a scowl. The bearded attendant seemed to be in a really bad mood and did not greet me as I came in. I did the greeting which he ignored. He then proceeded to assert that the phone number I gave him (used to identify the customer) was wrong. It wasn’t. He’d entered it wrong. In the end I got my items, paid over £50 and, without a thank you from him, walked out determined henceforth to avoid this rude establishment and look into a discrimination complaint to the relevant authority. An absolutely dreadful experience.

Had been going there for about a year without any major issues. This time, shopkeeper tells me he has not managed to take a glue stain off of my gloves. In fact, there was no glue stain: the labels had been wiped off of both gloves during the cleaning and they had subsequently not managed to wipe off the perfectly rectangular and symmetrical glue patches underneath. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, offering compensation and moving on, the shopkeeper tried to pretend the labels had never been there in the first place. Ludicrous. Suggest you don't go to this shop if you like merchants to own up to their mistakes and not be rude when there is a problem.

These guys are awesome! The locksmith is brilliant, has been super helpful many times and doesn't overcharge ever....the dry cleaners are the same. They always do everything they can to help, always deliver a good service and are 100% reliable. Really appreciate their services and highly recommend them 👌
