I was very disappointed with the service I received.I gave a bag of dirty clothes to be laundered and paid 20 GBP. to discover 5 items had been burnt in the drier with numerous black marks.Also I discovered some of the clothes came back with dirt on them even dirtier than when I gave them in. I called and wasnt given an apology. . I cant recommend this place to say the . least.I had to buy some new clothes. To be fair half the clothes came back clean and decent.

Amazing service with friendly staff and super fast service. I asked them to sew a cover for my cushion. The shape was very complicated and took about 4 hour job for them to do. They finished the cover on the same day that I brought it in and did the best job!! Despite the difficult shape and material, the measurements were accurate, with the zipper sewn perfectly to allow for the cover to be taken out- was just all amazing. Thank you very very much, I would definitely recommend them if you need some professional-looking sewing. Very quick service and you know you will get the outcome you want.

Maurice Colp shrank my mohair woolen cardigan and refused to take any responsibility. Worst customer service and not capable at all. Apparently I’m not the only disappointed customer of recently! There quality of service has clearly deteriorated.

Fantastic trustworthy service! This is the best dry cleaner. My clothes are washed, ironed, pressed and packed to the highest standard every time. The price is fair and the quality very high. The staff go above and beyond to make the experience quick and easy. I have taken many items here that are beyond damage (stained) and repair (broken) and each time they are fixed and washed like brand new. I would also recommend for shirts and suits which have great bulk value deals also to the same high standard and speed. It's a miracle, many special irreplaceable clothes have been saved from the bin with this amazing workmanship. Thank you for saving my clothes!
