I've been using their dry cleaning/alteration services for for 10 years. Very disappointed in the service received this time. Submitted and paid for my coat to be dry cleaned on Monday and was informed that it will be ready by Wednesday evening. Turned up on Wednesday evening to find out their machine wasn't working so they were unable to dry clean my coat (fair enough it happens). I wished they would have called me on the number displayed on the ticket and offered me a refund considering I needed the coat that Wednesday. To cut the long story short...they delivered my coat to my house...which wasn't dry cleaned in the end. Not sure if I'll be using them again. No apology or no refund offered. Doesn't appear to have been cleaned.

I have now used Norge Dry Cleaners three times since moving to Willesden. I used their services for my shirts (wash and ironing service) and then to dry clean my jackets. The service has been impeccable. They pick up your clothes at the doorstep and drop them off at a time that is convenient to you. The quality of the shirt pressing is excellent in my opinion (having used other dry cleaners before) for the price. There is nothing better than wearing a fragrant and crisp ironed shirt to work. I am impressed by the quality of the service all in all.

For someone who rarely gets anything tailored or taken to the dry cleaners, this was one heck of an experience! I had to get a pair of trousers tailored last minute for an event I had the next day. Through my struggle of searching for a decent tailor, I am so thankful I stumbled upon Norge! They helped me out with a last minute request to shorten my trousers and done the utmost to get it done in time, to find out it was ready the next morning. I will definitely be using their services for as long as I need anything altered. The customer service was bar none. For someone who had to give nothing but A class service to high profile customers, this dry cleaners surpassed that! Responsive, friendly and cost effective! I WOULD recommend to anyone and everyone.

Having used other dry cleaners in the past , which gave an average service , I thought I’d write and highly recommend Norge cleaners. They’ve almost made me lazy with the excellent service , also collect and delivery , that I not only give them my regular work Drycleaning items which include my Suits , shirts etc but now give them all my casual wear to launder which is always brought back perfectly pressed and folded too , would definitely recommend . Absolutely exceptional service. I've been to them a few of times. When I asked for a quick job on a suit they did it in record time. And when I brought them a really dirty jacket which was my granddad's they did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
