Specifically asked for a stain to be removed and was told that it would be done, come a few days to come and pick up my item to find it's still there. I asked for a refund because if I wasn't mislead and told that they couldn't do it I wouldn't of paid. I did not receive a refund, so now I'm down my money and still have a stain. Would not recommend this place at all.

They had told me that my coats would be ready in 3 days. I went after 5 days and they were still lying on the counter where I had left them… and I needed those coats as I didn’t have any other with me. Worst service ever!!!! Will never go back.
