Perfect Dry Cleaners

Two weeks ago, I took my work clothes to Dry Cleaners. Yesterday, when I wanted to wear one of the blouses they had cleaned, I noticed that the fabric on one of the sleeves was torn. So, I went back to explain the situation, but the person who attended the shop blamed me for the damage, even though I had not worn the blouse and still had the receipt with the slip attached. There was no intention to help me or find a solution. Instead, I received poor treatment. I cannot recommend a service that does not take responsibility for any damage and shows no concern for maintaining a good relationship with their customers. I will never return! Unfortunately, they have lost me and my family as customers :(

Very cheap, Great Quality, Love it. Saves me a lot of money, Next day service with smile. Bonus! they got the stains out of my beloved white trousers with no extra charges, very happy, They also have proffesional leather, suede and fur cleaning department which I also used with great cleaning result on my expensive leather jacket. they accept credit cards with no additional charges on transaction over £10 Perfec Dry Cleaners is reasonably priced. Even though it has located in Abbey Road. Recommended to all without doubt.

Maybe not so perfect dry cleaning. Good for refreshing your clothes but not for even smallest stains. I brought two coats last week. One of them was beige and had a little bit of muddy rain spots on the back which they didn’t manage to remove. Mind you I had red paint all over that coat once and Madame George (on the Circus Road) removed it all. I wanted to give these ones a chance but not again.

The staff and the owners are very friendly and helpful, l have been using this service for many year's. Nothing ever to much trouble, and they great at removing stains, great value for money. Clean and tidy. I have seen many celebrities and politicians using their services, people coming from all over London to use this cleaners. this proves their services are extremely great and the best quality in the area, surprisingly their prices are much lower than other cleaners in the area. give them a try and you will not be disappointed, Recommended to all without any doubt.

I'm really surprised at the good reviews for this dry cleaners. Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. I brought in a coat to get a quote for some repairs and dry cleaning. As I wanted to wear the coat the next day, I said I would bring it back afterwards to have the work done. They said fine. Today I brought it back and when I spoke to the same man as I had originally dealt with, he said he didn't remember me or the issues with the coat. Okay. So, I showed him again what needed to be done, and reminded him of the price he had quoted me. He then quoted me an increased price, and lied directly to me, saying that when I had been before, I only showed him the pocket lining that needed to be repaired and not the sleeve lining and this is what the original quote was for. (Bear in mind he had just said he didn't remember me or the issue with the coat). I was shocked. My partner had been with me the first time round, and we examined the issues in the lining of the coat with this man. We agreed to come back and leave the coat with him on the basis of the quote he gave us at that time. Needless to say I promptly left with my coat, as I cannot abide blatant dishonesty of this kind. While there may be a set price list for dry cleaning (which is competitive) they obviously make up the prices for repairs as they go along, and do not operate with any integrity or consistency in this respect. There are plenty of other dry cleaners in this area, so I will simply take my business elsewhere, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this cleaners.
