I took a suit jacket in to have the cuffs taken up. After speaking with them and explaining what I wanted, cuffs taken up, left open, and the lower button removed and put on at the top or the other 3. They said, "sure, no problem. We can do that easily." The heck they can! Upon picking up my jacket, cuffs closed, buttons all removed, button hole stitching removed, which I was told specifically would not happen, buttons re-attached uneven, and sewn through the inside lining! It was a truly awful experience. I have a few more suits I was going to take to them to be altered but that is not going to happen now. Also, my mother in law is going to stop using them for dry cleaning after seeing the mess they have made. Be warned. These people are awful at their jobs!

Urgent need to get two suits dry cleaned. With a small time window of 24 hours max before a journey to Scotland!!! But, the chap said, I’ll get them done for you today!!! My tension settled then I thought how much? £20 for two, two piece suits!!! Amazing value, friendly staff and amazing service!!! I would definately use them again.

Awful service, unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I had been using them for 5 years and will not be ever again after the way they treated me. They have no concept of how to treat their customers or respect for returning and supporting their business. AVOID. They are NOT experienced with cleaning designer clothing or precious fabrics. A jumper was damaged after being cleaned there. NO OFFER to compensate part or full value. Even after An email being sent to me from one of the heads of the company confirming that they had clearly damaged the fabric by washing with hot water. Incredibly discourteous and inexperienced. DO NOT clean your valuable clothing with them.
