Elena Petre1 StarTerrible terrible customer service . Completely ruined my trousers and took no responsibility for them. Same experience with a bag , unfortunately taken at the same time so I did not know before hand that they are useless . I have been in and out for 3 weeks trying to work it out so I can be happy with my products. Unfortunately I wasn’t , they can’t be fixed , they are stained and ruined on top of it . When I asked for my money back he said he can’t give me my money back and MY product . For a refund they have to keep my products . Terrible experience.
