Disregard the reviewers below. This is a great business that provides a quality service with a very friendly attitude. Not only will they clean your clothes meticulously, they will often perform unrequested repairs and mend buttons / holes at no charge and without you having to request it. It makes for a very pleasant surprise when your clothes are delivered to your flat (also at no charge) in a much better state than how you dropped them off. Beyond this, they are simply the best value for money one can get in the St Johns Wood area. Their 6 shirts for 10 pounds deal cannot be matched and would cost twice as much on the SJW high street. I'm not sure if management has changed since the reviewers posted below, but I've only ever had an exceptional experience and place a lot of trust in their capable hands. I've lately also used Siciliana for alterations on my suits which they have executed flawlessly and again at a much lower rate than other tailors would charge.

I picked up the dress today, was told everything was fine and clean. After checking it at home I noticed stains were all over it, also it didn’t smell like it was cleaned. When I walked back to complain the staff (a woman and a man - the owner i guess) was very rude and shouting at me. Offered to clean again but I took it in the end as they seemed really out of order, don’t trust their skill and terrible experience. Do not recommend!!!!!

Appalling service. They close and open erratically. I have vowed not to return . On the last bank holiday I was going away and needed my 2 dresses (total bill £70). I rang the owner who said she couldn't open that Friday afternoon. There was also a man waiting to get a suit for a wedding who was very upset.

Extremely poor customer management. Damaged several items on numerous occasions, did not always accept to repair them for free and eventually blamed the cheap quality of my clothes. Do not go there.

Beware of this dry cleaner. They lose your clothes, then evade themselves of responsibility and say they have no insurance. Terrible. The worst I’ve seen!
