Best seamstress in Primrose Hill / Camden. Extremely welcoming & eager to help. Altered a suit jacket for me which I needed quickly. Highly recommend. Ignore the 1* reviews, you can never please some people!

Beware of these dry cleaners! They lost my dress when I had it dry cleaned and have been unresponsive, unhelpful in trying to retrieve it back for me. It’s been 2 months and the owners won’t return my calls to help me in finding this dress. They take no responsibility and now I’ve lost my dress which was of great value.

One of the worst experience with a dry cleaner in London, happened here at 'Siciliana'. I brought a pair of white trouser (Temperley London), very expensive, and when I came back to pick them up, they were shrunk of one size and shorter in length of 5 inches. When I pointed out the issue, I was told that they gave my trouser to another dry cleaner's shop to clean them, without let me know and they use this as excuse to blame the other shop, when I brought the trouser to 'Siciliana' to carry on the job! The worst part, it is not only that I lost a pair of Temperley trouser, but I did not even have an apologies, nor the manager of 'Siciliana' wanted to take responsibility for it. Not even admit the mistake. It was really dreadful and all this saga last for 2 months! I won't come back again, nor recommend for sure.

Excellent dry cleaners! I had an alteration that needed to be done very quickly - Siciliana did it to a high standard and even quicker that I had asked for!

I’ve never actually used this place - because the first time I went in some months ago, I asked for a quote to do a small alteration, and what they quoted me (can’t remember what it was exactly) was so eye-wateringly high I left and took it elsewhere. The second time I tried, I rang them to ask how much a small alteration would be. The woman on the end of the phone sounded so depressed, incoherent and uninterested I couldn’t face actually going in there. So just one measly star before they’ve even done anything for me.
