I was a long time customer of Swans dry cleaners for nearly 10 years. During the last few years I noticed the quality of service was not as good as before. Recently I took our Venetian blinds to be dry-cleaned. I was charged £380.00!! They returned them to me with yellow stains, all attachment strings were cut and left dirty - There were mould stains everywhere. Steve the owner refused to accept the terrible job they had done, refused to offer any refund and offered ZERO compensation! Extremely unethical and a terrible business.

I have been using this dry cleaning company since 2015 and keep coming back to them even after I moved quite far from where they are located. They saved so many of my clothes items over the years! Also, always very quick, reasonably priced and have amazing customer service :)

Excellent service. Efficient and friendly. The best dry cleaner in the area. I put in two dresses - one heavily embroidered, the other a black cocktail dress. Both came back looking perfect

Excellent dry cleaners! I brought in a white wool dress coat that had red wine spilled ALL over it. I thought I’d never be able to wear the coat again. I was really surprised and delighted to collect it today and the coat looks brand new except for only a faint mark in one place on the sleeve. Thank you so much, Swan’s, for saving my coat. I will be coming back again in future.
