Everything was good when we gave out clothes.. we specifically asked to retain the bags we gave clothes in (we initially wanted to take the bags home but they asked us to leave them behind… we asked them to return the bags). We paid and left. When we came back to collect, they had lost the bag and stated that we were lying … to quote him “I’ve been working 11 hrs and don’t eff with my day”… I asked for him to check the security tapes as we initially tried leaving with the bags and he asked us to leave them behind. To top things off the very rude person threatened to call police for not paying. He didn’t even both checking - we had paid when we gave the clothes.

So useful and kind! I needed help with cleaning my wedding dress after marriage, I got married in the city on a fairly rainy day so you can imagine the stains at the bottom of the long skirt. Other dry cleaners honestly refused the job because they were not sure they would have made it, while Swans took it, and now my dress looks as it did before the big day. They also gave me a clean bag for it. Would go back :)
