Unfortunately not a good experience. I left a wool pullover there and a silk blouse. Both to dry clean and also to fix a little hole in the pullover. Paid upfront and didn't check anything on pick up, my mistake. The pullover was dry cleaned well but nothing was fixed. The blouse shows a lot of stains suddenly at the front. I didn't see those before and even if they were there already, the staff at the dry cleaners should maybe have said something about it on pick up. Very unprofessionell. Unfortunately I'm leaving so I can't go back there.

Had a dress dry cleaned and a pair of jeans taken in from the knee down, as well as a good three inches removed from the bottom as they were slightly too baggy and long for me. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the job - there are no visible signs I've had the jeans altered. Would definitely go back for both their dry cleaning and alterations service.

Brought my coat there which had a teared pocket and arm - took them only one day to fix it, they cleaned it as well and it was a lot cheaper than at any other place in Hampstead or Belsize Park. Definitely recommend.
